Recently, The Caterers conducted a periodic supplier assessment visit to Da Lat City—one of the key agricultural sourcing regions, renowned for its fresh, clean, and high-quality food products. The trip aimed not only to review and audit the capabilities of supplying partners against The Caterers' rigorous standards, but also to collaborate with clients by directly showcasing the supplier selection process under the "Farm to Table" model—ensuring absolute transparency and clear traceability.

Within the framework of the program, The Caterers worked closely with the operations and quality management departments to inspect and monitor compliance standards across the entire supply chain, while conducting practical evaluations of the procurement process with each supplier. Notably, the delegation carried out on-site assessments of strategic partners such as Kamereo and MM Mega Market, focusing on core agricultural products including cabbage, lettuce, and tomatoes at local farms.

Through on-site inspections and standard cross-checking, The Caterers reinforces its commitment to selecting suppliers that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and sustainability. This is not merely a routine quality control activity, but a crucial step in building a transparent supply ecosystem, contributing to delivering fresh, safe, and reliable meals to customers, especially within international school environments.
